关于HyperPay钱包无法进行HX充提的说明

由于HyperPay钱包的HX热钱包地址被HX项目方无任何理由恶意冻结，导致钱包用户当前无法进行充提币操作。现HyperPay对钱包被冻结的HX地址做出公示并再次提醒用户切勿进行HX充提操作。
